Annual Fundraiser
Our annual fundraising event, A Toast to Health, highlights WelcomeHealth's medical and dental accomplishments by honoring a volunteer with the Jessie Bryant “Service First” Award.
The 2023 event was held on Friday, August 11 at the Fayetteville Public Library Event Center. There were 250 people in attendance to honor long-time volunteer, Dr. JB Hays. Guest dined on meal by Catering Unlimited, listened to tunes from Claudia Burson Trio, bid on silent auction items and shared memorable stories about Dr. Hays. It was the largest event to date, and we raised $50,000!
We unveiled our newest initiative to raise funds and start a denture endeavor titled the JB Hays Restore a Smile program. Thanks to generous donors at the event and following the event, we secured the funding and will start providing our own dentures in early 2024!
We have already started working on the 2024 event. We will honor the Williard and Pat Walker Charitable Foundation with the Jessie Bryant “Service First” Award for their continued financial support over the years. Check back for details regarding location, date, etc.

Some churches in Northwest Arkansas support us as part of their special collections during the holiday season. Current churches include First Presbyterian Fayetteville and St. Paul's Episcopal Fayetteville.
Design Your Own Fundraiser
Invite all your closest friends and relatives for your birthday party, but in lieu of gifts, ask for a donation to WelcomeHealth. Make a gift in honor of a teacher, mentor or friend. Send memorials for a special person who has passed. Create your own peer-to-peer fundraising event in which you go bowling, have a bake sale, yard sale, walk or race and ask your peers to support your efforts in raising money for WelcomeHealth. The sky is the limit!
Eat Out for Free Health - Restaurant Give-Backs
Amazing restaurants around Northwest Arkansas will donate proceeds from their profits during a day of service. Be on the lookout for scheduled times throughout the year and consider showing your support by "Eating Out for Free Health" at these establishments that help support our mission.
